BirdChime built multiple Shopify Apps. This service is provided by BirdChime and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform users ("you") regarding the policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information if anyone decided to use this service. If you choose to use the app, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The collected information is required for the service to work. BirdChime does not store user's Shopify login credentialss.
BirdChime stores Shopify access token with the given permissions for app.
BirdChime stores settings for the app's functionality.
Once our apps are uninstalled, all store-related data (products, customers, orders) is deleted.
No other info is stored.
About sharing of data with 3rd party services: The app is hosted (database/routing/server) on AWS (https://aws.amazon.com) and Heroku
Google Calendar Integration
Our Order Delivery Date & Pickup app connects to Google Calendar to be able to sync order data in the form of events. App only stores calendar ID and tokens provided by Google after successful authentication.
All the Google Calendar authentication requests originate from our brand and main website birdchime.com. Tokens are not used for any other purpose other than syncing Shopify merchant's orders data to Google Calendar. Calendar ID and all the tokens are deleted as soon as the app is uninstalled.
We value your trust in providing your personal information, thus We are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Fair Usage Policy
We have the right to temporarily disable the services, if we see any unfair usage in the app.
