If you exceed your plan's order limit, additional orders are charged at $0.05 per order. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial.

Does Bird work with all Shopify plans?

Yes, Bird works with all Shopify plans including Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Shopify Plus. Our higher-tier plans include additional features like checkout extensibility for Shopify Plus merchants.

How do I install Bird on my Shopify store?

Pricing & Plans

What happens if I exceed my order limit?

If you exceed your monthly order limit, additional orders are charged at $0.05 per order. We'll notify you as you approach your limit. You can also upgrade your plan mid-cycle if you prefer a higher order allowance.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from within the Bird app. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No, all Bird plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time directly from the Shopify admin.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 14-day free trial so you can test Bird before paying. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact our support team to discuss your situation.

Where does the date picker appear on my store?
