How much do SMS notifications cost?

SMS is charged per message from your Bird account balance. Rates vary by country. For yearly plans, SMS charges are deducted from your prepaid balance. For monthly plans, charges appear on your Shopify invoice.

How does SMS consent work?

Bird includes built-in consent management. Customers can opt-in to SMS notifications at checkout. Only customers who have consented will receive SMS messages, ensuring compliance with messaging regulations.

Which plans include SMS notifications?
