What POS tiles does Bird provide?

Bird provides two POS tiles: 'Bird: Order Details' for scheduling new orders with delivery/pickup dates and times, and 'Bird: View Orders' for viewing, filtering, editing, and updating status of all scheduled orders directly from POS.

Can I schedule orders directly from Shopify POS?

Yes. Use the Bird: Order Details tile to add delivery method, location, date, and time to any POS order. Select shipping, local delivery, or store pickup, then choose the date and time slot—just like online checkout.

How do I manage scheduled orders in POS?

Use the Bird: View Orders tile to see all scheduled orders filtered by your POS location. You can search orders, filter by date or delivery method, edit order details, and mark orders as ready, dispatched, or complete.

Do POS orders sync with my online orders?

Yes. All orders scheduled through POS automatically appear in your Shopify admin and Bird dashboard. Changes made in POS are reflected immediately across all systems, and customer notifications are sent based on your configured settings.

Can I print delivery details on POS receipts?

Yes. Bird adds delivery date, time, and location information to POS receipts and packing slips. This feature is available on Growth plan and above.
