DeTrack

How It Works

Add your DeTrack API key in Bird and choose which locations use it. Mark an order out for delivery and Bird creates the DeTrack job with the delivery date and time window, the customer's address and phone, and your order note as the driver's instructions. Assign it to a driver in DeTrack as usual. Bird keeps the order status current on its own, so live tracking updates are an optional extra rather than something you have to set up. DeTrack is not a courier - your drivers make the delivery, so Bird does not quote it at checkout.
