How It Works

Add your Jitsu API key in Bird and choose which locations use it. Bird quotes the delivery with Jitsu at checkout so the customer sees a real rate, then creates the shipment when the order is ready. Jitsu reports back at every step, from pickup to dropoff, and Bird updates the order status to match. Shipments can be cancelled before or after pickup.
