How It Works

Add your Eva API key in Bird and choose which locations use it. Bird asks Eva what the delivery costs while the customer is in checkout, so the rate they pay is the real one. Mark the order out for delivery and Bird sends the pickup and dropoff details to Eva, saves the tracking link on the order, and updates the status as the driver picks up and delivers. A live Eva rate replaces your static delivery rates for those locations, and every delivery needs a customer phone number.
